The actions that led to the criminal complaint included violations such as "engaging in unauthorized capital market activities," "participating in the crime of unauthorized capital market activities by allowing the use of one's own bank accounts," "participating in the crime of unauthorized capital market activities by allowing the use of the bank accounts of a company in which one is authorized," and "participating in the crime of unauthorized capital market activities by allowing the use of a telephone line registered in one's name."
