Refik Anadol's work 'Türkiye-Flora' is at the Painting and Sculpture Museum

The first work of artist Refik Anadol's "Great Nature Model" project , "Turkey-Flora," opened to visitors at the Türkiye İş Bankası Painting and Sculpture Museum in Beyoğlu.
The work was recorded in the inventory as the museum's first artificial intelligence data sculpture.
The "Great Nature Model: Türkiye" project, carried out on the 100th anniversary of Türkiye İş Bankası, reinterprets Türkiye's natural riches on a digital platform using artificial intelligence.
Fieldwork for the project was completed last year, and audio, video and scanning data were collected from 33 national parks in Türkiye.
The processed data has created an interactive living encyclopedia. Users can access academic information through the platform's "Research" category.
In addition, users can create visual designs of plant and animal species in the 'Create' category. In the 'Dream' category, users can experience visual representations of nature based on artificial intelligence's learned images.
Located on the third floor of the museum, the work is open to visitors from Tuesday to Friday between 10:00 and 19:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00 and 19:00.
