Swimming in the sea is prohibited in Bartın

Downpour was effective in the city center of Bartın at night, with 10 kilograms of rain falling per square meter.
Strong winds were also experienced in the morning. Swimming was prohibited at 19 beaches along the 59-kilometer coastline due to the strong winds. In the city, where temperatures dropped to 19 degrees Celsius due to the rain, red flags were raised on the lifeguard towers at the blue-flagged Inkumu. Lifeguards warned those who had entered the water in small numbers and told them to get out.
Citizens who did not swim were also seen walking on the beach.
