Luka Modric in Milan

The Red-Blacks announced in a statement that they have signed a one-year, one-year contract with Modric. It was also stated that the experienced player will wear the number 14 jersey at Milan.
Modric, whose contract with Spain's Real Madrid has expired, arrived in Milan in the morning, underwent medical checks and signed the contract wearing the red-and-black jersey in the evening.
The Croatian football player, who transferred from English club Tottenham to Real Madrid in 2012, won 6 UEFA Champions League titles, 5 FIFA Club World Cups, 5 UEFA Super Cups and 4 Spanish LaLiga titles with the Spanish team.
During his time at the Spanish club, Modric won the 2018 Ballon d'Or and the 2018 FIFA Best Men's Player awards.
The Croatian footballer scored 43 goals in 597 appearances for Real Madrid.
