Forged signature case: Released Ziya Kadiroğlu arrested again

Ziya Kadiroğlu, who was previously released from the forged signature case, was arrested again.
Kadiroğlu was arrested on charges of "establishing an organization to commit a crime," "forgery of official documents," and "obtaining benefit by unlawfully entering information systems" as part of the investigation launched against him.
The suspect was previously released in a case in which he was tried for forging documents using the e-signatures of executives in some public institutions.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office objected to Kadiroğlu's release on probation at the Ankara 23rd Criminal Court of First Instance's hearing on October 10. The on-call high criminal court upheld the objection and issued an arrest warrant for Kadiroğlu.
In the investigation conducted by the Cyber Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the suspect was caught in Istanbul on October 17 and taken to Ankara.
