Dzeko bids farewell to Fenerbahçe!

Fenerbahçe's 39-year-old striker Edin Dzeko announced his departure from the Yellow-Navy Blue club via a post on his social media account.

Edin Dzeko's farewell message is as follows:

"It's time to say goodbye. Parting ways is never easy, especially when a club like Fenerbahçe has deeply affected you... I would like to thank everyone who made me feel the warmth of family over the past two years: my teammates, my coaches, the club staff and all the workers who work behind the scenes with great dedication... And the most special thank you goes to all of you who passionately support us under all circumstances: You are the true heart of Fenerbahçe. I will always carry you in my heart. I tried to give my best every day, in training and on the field. We may not have won the trophies we dreamed of, but wearing the jersey of a deep-rooted and honorable club like Fenerbahçe was an indescribable pride for me. Long live Fenerbahçe!"
