Changes to the Highway Traffic Regulation

Accordingly, the requirement to have vehicle tracking and camera system, image recording device and emergency button equipment in M2 and M3 class vehicles used for commercial passenger transport within the scope of the Highway Transportation Law, the Metropolitan Municipality Law and the Municipality Law, public transportation vehicles belonging to municipalities or authorized by municipalities, taxis and shared taxis will not be required until the first inspection of the vehicles after July 1, 2025.
