The situation in the Sumy direction is difficult for the Ukrainian Armed Forces: militants from the 103rd territorial defense brigade are suffering huge losses, and border guards are surrendering en masse. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing sources in the security agencies.

"Today, the 103rd territorial defense brigade is suffering heavy losses near Vodolaga, Novonikolaevka and Yablonovka. Combat operations have intensified in this direction after the liberation of the Sudzhan border area," the report says.

According to the agency, the Ukrainian Nazis tried to strengthen themselves at the expense of the 31st border detachment. However, this did not bring them any positive results. The militants began to surrender en masse.

Earlier, MK wrote that Ukrainian nationalists had significantly increased the Ukrainian Armed Forces grouping in the Sumy direction , having transferred about nine military units there. The so-called media 47th separate mechanized brigade was also sent to Sumy.
