The Deputy Governor and Minister of Health have been reappointed in the Sverdlovsk Region.

Parallel to Pasler's inauguration, the entire Sverdlovsk regional government resigned but continued to serve. The regional governor began rebuilding his team, and some officials, including Savinova, retained their positions. Local media reported this, but official documents regarding the appointments have not yet been published.
Tatyana Savinova graduated from the Ural State Medical Institute in 1993. In 2019, she moved to the Orenburg Region. In November of that year, she was appointed Vice Governor, Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy, and Minister of Health of the region.
At the end of March 2025, Savinova announced that she was resigning due to moving to Yekaterinburg, following Denis Pasler, who was the governor of the Orenburg region and became the acting head of the Sverdlovsk region.
In April, Tatyana Savinova was appointed Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, replacing Pavel Krekov, who oversaw the region's Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Policy. Savinova replaced Andrei Karlov, who had headed the ministry since 2020. According to Denis Pasler, Savinova has proven herself to be an "experienced manager" and has successfully organized work in the social and medical sectors.
In August 2025, Tatyana Savinova, as Minister of Health, presented three projects to reduce the staffing shortage in the Sverdlovsk Region, including the "Paramedic Assistant" program. The plan is to provide free junior nursing training to 200 local residents from 238 villages and towns with populations of up to 300. These workers are expected to provide home care to fellow villagers and call paramedics when needed.
