Moscow Exchange and St. Petersburg Exchange Resume Trading in YGC Shares

Trading was suspended on July 4.
Moscow Exchange resumes trading in shares of PJSC "UGK" in connection with the cancellation of the Central Bank's order. Trading will start on July 14, shares of UGK will be available during the main and evening trading sessions, the platform's statement notes. In the following days, transactions with the company's securities can be concluded in all trading sessions.
The St. Petersburg Exchange will also resume trading next Monday, July 14, from 10:00 Moscow time. Trading in YGC shares was suspended on July 4 based on an order from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
On Friday, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and VTB lifted previously imposed restrictions on transactions with YUGK shares based on a ruling by the Chelyabinsk court.
On Friday it became known that the Chelyabinsk District Court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office to transfer to the state the share of the owner of Yuzhuralzoloto (UGK) Konstantin Strukov, as well as the shares of persons associated with him in a number of companies.
