The Russian Muslim community wished a speedy recovery to the editor-in-chief of the international media group "Russia Today" and the RT TV channel Margarita Simonyan. The wishes were addressed by the chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Mufti Ravil Gainutdin, RIA Novosti reports.
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the multi-million Muslim community of Russia, I wish you, Margarita Simonovna, a speedy recovery. You are a top-notch professional, you head the world's largest information agencies, and you are a patriot of your multinational country," he noted.
He also wished health to her husband Tigran Keosayan and the entire family. Gainutdin invited Simonyan to the Cathedral Mosque in Moscow and promised to gladly receive her on the territory of the Moscow Muslim complex.
