Russia will officially disclose details of its participation in the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine in Istanbul . This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova on the air of Sputnik radio.

The diplomat also ridiculed anonymous online publications on the topic. “Yesterday I was forced to read all this correspondence between the universe and galaxies in anonymous social media accounts,” she said.

According to a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, she does not know for whom such posts are made, but noted that “probably for someone.”

Earlier, the deputy head of the foreign relations department of the Turkish ruling Justice and Development Party, Ibrahim Halil Korkmaz, said that the delegations of Russia and Ukraine could hold a series of meetings after the talks in Istanbul on May 15. He admitted that the parties would reach some agreements, as a result of which additional contacts might be needed.
