Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on 15 of the 17 points of the peace agreement, and negotiations on the remaining two issues are ongoing, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a briefing.
"One of the two articles that have not yet been agreed upon concerns the deployment of third-country troops along the border, and the other concerns disputes in international courts. The remaining 15 points have been agreed upon," he noted.
