According to him, he looked out of the box and asked the truck driver to come closer to the unloading area. He began to back up on command, but the worker did not have time to step aside, as a result of which the truck pressed his head against the wall.
The doctors who arrived diagnosed a concussion and a broken ear. The man claims that the management demanded that the real cause of the injury be concealed in order to avoid penalties for the enterprise.
He agreed, but later discovered that he had been blacklisted, effectively fired. Instead of the severance pay he was entitled to, he received only 6,000 rubles as compensation.
