Russian team reaches final of mixed freestyle relay at World Championships

The Russian team has reached the final of the mixed relay 4x100m freestyle at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. The results are available on the website of the International Water Sports Federation (World Aquatics).
The Russian team finished fourth with a time of 03:24.46. Russia was represented by Vladislav Grinev, Ivan Girev, Alina Gaifutdinova and Milana Stepanova. The Americans showed the best result - 03:21.48.
On August 1, Russian swimmer Evgeniya Chikunova won silver in the 200-meter breaststroke. The victory was won by American Kate Douglas.
The World Aquatics Championships are taking place in Singapore and will last until August 3. Russian and Belarusian athletes are competing in the tournament as neutrals.
