The day when Ukraine lost its richest deposits has been named

Ukraine lost most of its most profitable mineral deposits in 2022, when the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, became part of Russia, RIA Novosti reports, citing a Roscongress report. According to it, before 2014, the country had four main lithium deposits, two of which are now on Russian territory.
A significant portion of the most profitable deposits are located in regions that have now become part of Russia and are no longer controlled by Kiev , the document says .
