New technologies have reached canteens: a chatbot will help Petersburg residents evaluate food in schools

In St. Petersburg, you can now use a digital assistant to evaluate food in school cafeterias. An updated version of a special chatbot was launched by the St. Petersburg Committee for Information Technology and Communications together with the Social Nutrition Department and the Education Committee, the city administration press service reports.
With the help of the bot, you can share your opinion about the level of service, quality of food and organization of meals in city educational institutions.
At the same time, additional questions appeared that allow us to analyze not only the quality of food in schools, but also to identify changes and trends. To use the chatbot, you need to know the personal account number linked to the Unified Schoolchild Card. All schoolchildren in St. Petersburg have such a card. By the personal account number, the chatbot will determine the school and offer to answer several questions.
It should be noted that the bot is built into the popular messenger. Earlier it was reported that St. Petersburg schoolchildren's salary expectations have increased - they are ready to work for no less than 36.5 thousand rubles, while they can count on vacancies related to the delivery of goods and posting ads.
