Real Madrid reported on Monday (12) that Vinicius Jr suffered a sprained left ankle in the defeat to Barcelona, this Sunday, in the Spanish Championship. Vini Jr underwent tests and could be out for two to three weeks, according to the Spanish newspaper As. The Brazilian had to be substituted in the 43rd minute of the second half for Victor Muñoz to come on.

Vini Jr underwent tests and could be out for two to three weeks, according to the Spanish newspaper As. The Brazilian had to be substituted in the 43rd minute of the second half for Victor Muñoz to come on.
The striker is therefore likely to miss Real's last three La Liga games. The Merengue team faces Mallorca on Wednesday, Sevilla on Sunday and Real Sociedad on the 25th.
The Brazilian is also expected to be absent from Carlo Ancelotti's "farewell", scheduled for the end of La Liga. The duo, however, could meet again in the Brazilian national team, for the June games of the South American Qualifiers. Ancelotti will call up the team on the 26th, on Brazilian soil, the CBF announced when announcing the coach.
