Nintendo announced profits of 558 million between April and June

Japanese video game producer and distributor Nintendo announced this Friday a net profit of 558 million euros between April and June.

According to Nintendo, this is an increase of 18.6% compared to the same period last year, due to launch sales of a new game console: Switch 2.

The company's operating profit for the quarter (April-June) was 331 million euros, an increase of 4.4% compared to the same period in 2024, marked by the decline in sales of the original Switch console.
