After the draw (1-1) in Belgium, the Sp. Braga women's team hosts Anderlecht in the second leg of the second round of the European Cup and coach Marwin Bolz believes that the support of the public will be important to progress to the round of 16.
"The team is on the right track after a convincing victory over the weekend [5-2 in Torres Vedras]. We want to carry that energy into this game and put it on the pitch. We know Anderlecht is a strong team, and we'll be prepared for any technical changes they might make and slightly adapt our style of play. We want to show our strength, our style of play, and enjoy a fantastic night here at our stadium," he added, adding: "We're better, stronger, and more confident in our approach. With each passing game, you can see our game plan becoming more pronounced."
Alícia Correia also starts with hopes of progressing. "We're aware of the performance we played in the first leg and want to match that level."
