Trump assures that Patriot systems are already being sent

Is Trump worried? Jorge Rodrigues highlights the impact of the White House's lack of success in fulfilling its election promises on the US strategy. And then there's Putin's silence.
Trump promised everything—and then some—but now he's "goosebumps"
When the trade agreement between NATO and the United States of America for the purchase of American weapons and equipment to supply Ukraine's military arsenal was announced at the White House, Secretary-General Mark Rutte revealed that the Nordic countries, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands supported the outlined plan.
According to Politico , however, France's omission from this list is intentional. Although Emmanuel Macron is a vocal supporter of Kyiv and Zelensky, the publication points to the French president's recent statements about building a "European defense industrial base," giving greater preference to acquiring weapons produced in Europe.
Thus, citing two senior French officials close to the issue, Politico writes that Paris will not join this initiative announced by Donald Trump and Mark Rutte.
Two days after announcing a 50-day deadline for Moscow to reach a ceasefire with Kyiv, Donald Trump guarantees that the first Patriot defense systems have already begun to be sent to Ukraine, following the agreement reached with NATO for the purchase of North American weapons for the Alliance's arsenal.
"They're coming from Germany and then being replaced by Germany. And in every case, the United States is paid in full. So what's happening, as you know, is that the European Union, NATO, will pay us for everything. In some cases, we'll be paid directly by the European Union countries. We always get our money back in full," explained the President of the United States of America, speaking to reporters, as quoted by Yahoo .
Additionally, Trump said he has not spoken to his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, since the ultimatum was issued on Monday.
