Zé Felipe wants a share of the profits from Virginia's brand, says journalist.

The separation of Virginia Fonseca and Zé Felipe has gone beyond the personal realm and now involves a legal battle involving millions of dollars. The controversy revolves around WePink , a cosmetics company founded by the influencer in 2021, which became a sales phenomenon. According to information released by the LeoDias portal, the singer claims to be entitled to a share of the profits, based on the partial community property regime that was in effect during the marriage.
Despite never having been a formal partner in the company, Zé Felipe claims to own indirect shares and argues that "the assets acquired through the partnership should be shared fairly." WePink has already surpassed R$1.2 billion in revenue and could reach R$1.4 billion by 2025. The influencer owns 33% of the brand, alongside Samara Pink , Thiago Stabile , and Lucas Chaopeng .
The former couple is also trying to define the division of high-end properties, including mansions in Goiânia and Mangaratiba, as well as two apartments in São Paulo and a private jet. The mansion in Goiânia, home to their children, is expected to remain with Virginia .
Meanwhile, the influencer is preparing a legal request to claim "her share of the copyright royalties for songs released during the marriage," alleging participation in music videos and promotion. However, the court has already rejected the R$100 million freeze requested by Zé Felipe , and the former couple continues trying to reach an amicable agreement.
