The government has chosen October 12th as the date for local elections, according to the newspaper Expresso . The decision, taken this Thursday in a cabinet meeting, follows the trend of the majority of parties, which chose this date. The exception was the PS, according to the weekly, which was divided between September 28th and October 12th.
