Friend tells what the last hours were like before Hungria Hip Hop was hospitalized

The last hours before rapper Hungria's hospitalization showed no indication of what would happen this Thursday (2). The artist, who remains in the ICU at Hospital DF Star in Brasília, is already undergoing hemodialysis sessions after consuming an alcoholic beverage that was allegedly adulterated with methanol. The information is from EXTRA.

According to singer-songwriter Dalmi Júnior, who accompanied Hungria throughout the early hours, the night was filled with music and relaxation. They were at a friend's house, where they had a lively chat. At 3:19 a.m., Dalmi posted a video of Hungria singing alongside him. Another friend also appears in the recording holding a bottle, while Hungria's was on the table. Dalmi stated that he did not consume any alcohol on that occasion.

"I got there around 11 p.m., midnight. It was me, Hungria, and a couple of friends, the owners of the house. It was a normal night. I didn't drink. They drank vodka, but nothing excessive, everything was very calm. We stayed singing until about 5 a.m., 6 a.m.... Then we went to Hungria's house," he reported.

According to the singer, when he arrived home, Hungria got ready for bed while he went out to get his car serviced. On the way back, already in a ride-hailing vehicle, he received a call from the rapper's mother, Raquel, informing him that her son had fallen ill and was on his way to the hospital.

"The craziest thing about all of this is that he had no reaction, no symptoms while we were together. No complaints, zero dizziness, pain or anything like that. When we learned that it could be methanol ingestion, it was hard to believe," said Dalmi.

Another friend who also drank the same vodka sought medical attention after reporting dizziness, but is now doing well and did not require hospitalization.
