GGRC11 maintains dividend levels; see the amount and who will receive it

The real estate fund GGRC11 announced the distribution of dividends of R$0.10 per share, referring to the results obtained in August. The dividend yield of the distribution is 1.02%, considering the market price of R$9.83 at the close of last Friday (29).

The payment will be made on September 8, according to the investors' position at the end of trading this Monday (1). The amount is the same that was distributed last month by the FII that operates in the logistics real estate segment, managed by Zagros Capital .

GGRC11 currently has net assets of R$1.685 billion, or R$11.05 per share, and has been expanding its portfolio in recent months through a series of acquisitions. The fund reported R$12.9 million in revenue in July and distributed R$0.10 per share to investors in dividends .

In addition to the operational figures, the fund initiated its 10th share issuance and released a letter of intent to acquire an asset belonging to FII VTLT11, located in Quatro Barras, Paraná, and currently leased to Renault. The transaction is subject to approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the selling fund's shareholders, who will evaluate the proposal against the offer from another manager, Tellus.

Management also reported the payment of the penultimate installment for the Air Liquide asset and the final installment for the Mills asset. GGRC11 also received an inquiry regarding the possible sale of a package of assets to another real estate fund—but, according to Zagros, no formal decision has been made on the deal yet.
