Flexform is committed to respect, appreciation and leadership for its employees.

The environment is industrial. But this, by far, means that working at Flexform is exhausting and monotonous. Quite the opposite. By putting people at the center of its business, the company creates a positive, welcoming, and inclusive workplace. And it's no coincidence that it was awarded the best company to work for in Greater São Paulo, in the Medium-Sized Company category, by Great Place To Work (GPTW) São Paulo 2025 .
This is the first time Flexform has topped the regional rankings —it was among the top five in the previous edition. And by also being among the best in the national awards last year, it demonstrates that the work done internally has yielded positive results.
The Guarulhos-based company was founded in 1965 and is a leading manufacturer of office chairs, pioneering new technologies and patented systems. And despite its nearly 30,000 square meters of built area, the company strives to ensure that all employees feel part of the business.
"On a daily basis, we care for our employees through recognition initiatives, development programs, and active listening, ensuring that every voice is heard. We also provide constructive feedback that drives both technical and personal development. We strive to ensure that each person feels respected, valued, and a protagonist in their own journey," says Viviane Aquino, Flexform's Human Resources, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Property Security Manager.
At Flexform, we strive daily to improve the organizational climate, always balancing care, appreciation, and shared purpose. The goal is to create a positive, welcoming, and participatory environment for everyone.
For Flexform, being well and healthy is essential. Therefore, we implement several initiatives to achieve this, including a psychologist specializing in mental health who provides consultations, training, and discussion groups. The Flexcaminhada and Flexsaudável programs are also key to employee well-being, encouraging healthy habits and body care.
"These practices underpin our organizational culture, which guides the company's strategy and translates into four fundamental pillars: working with joy, acting with an ownership spirit, striving for excellence in everything we do, and exercising ethical, transparent, and cut-throat management. This daily practice cements a positive, inclusive, and inspiring environment that strengthens trust, motivation, and engagement at all levels of Flexform," adds Aquino.
