Four out of ten public schools have fewer than 15 students

Around four in ten public schools have fewer than 15 students, a number less than half the recommended number to ensure "good learning conditions" . This is the conclusion of a study by the think tank Edulog, released this Thursday, which warns that the inefficient management of public schools has contributed to a "waste of resources".
