Launched on 15 May 2017, MUDA is a national movement promoted by several companies, universities and associations and by the Portuguese State. Together, they are committed to encouraging Portuguese people to participate in the digital space and to helping them take advantage of the benefits associated with digital services provided by companies and the State.
