Jarosław Skrzyczyński is Saturday's hero. The Pole is in great form!

Skrzyczyński, riding Balou H, proved unrivaled in the CSI2* Big Tour (LR, 145 cm) competition for the Kuhn Rolnicze Award under the patronage of the Polish Equestrian Federation. The Pole achieved two clean runs, finishing with a best time of 64.45 seconds, ahead of Irishman Diarmuid Howley on Fina Va and the hero of Friday's competition, Greek Angelos Touloupis, a World Cup finalist who won the top-tier CSI2* Big Tour competition under the patronage of the Wielkopolska Equestrian Federation and the DUON Group Award. Interestingly, the Polish representative almost took two podium places, as riding Baloukato, he finished just outside the podium, in 4th place.

Our rider, however, was able to celebrate another podium finish in Saturday's second most prestigious, two-star competition – the CSI2* Medium Tour (135 cm) for the Agrochest Prize. Jarosław Skrzyczyński, riding Casscador, finished second, losing by only 0.3 seconds to Krzysztof Ludwiczak, riding Crosslove. Marek Lewicki, riding Quadis II, took third place, and the Polish team completely dominated the competition, as the best of their foreign rivals finished only eleventh (Latvian Odrija Roberta Bralena on Melolilly DD).
The CSI1* Special Tour (110 cm) competition for the Motorcycles Centrum award was similar, with the "White and Reds" taking the top ten places, and the winner was Ignacy Luboński on Mariposa, who overtook Anna Sala on Hamlet and Monika Dominiak on Bridget Jones. The CSI1* Small Tour (120 cm) competition for the Gatusos award, which concluded Saturday's competition, was no different, with the best of the "stranieri" finishing 14th, with Wiktoria Lasecka on Golden Girl, Jacek Muraczewski on Aria, and Dominik Słodczyk on Seven Valleys 111 taking the podium.
In the CSIYH1* Youngster Tour competition for 5-year-old horses (115 cm), first place went to Szymon Stasiak aboard Pola Lola, second to Tomasz Zelek aboard Campari, and the podium was completed by... Szymon Stasiak, this time aboard Pepsi Special. Stasiak also triumphed in the CSIYH1* Youngster Tour competition for 6- and 7-year-old horses (125/130 cm) for the Kunowo Stud Prize (aboard Nobel van het Vinckenhof Z), ahead of Latvian Nellija Anna Karklina aboard Chicco van't Vossenhof Z and Szymon Weremczuk aboard Oslo JTL.
There was also no shortage of excitement in the veterans' competition taking part in CSIV-B. In the Big Tour Ambassadors Class (120 cm) the best was Paul-Heinz Meier on Libelle, who overtook Peter Lorenz on Chaman and Nicole Schafer on Carlo Z, in the CSIV-B Medium Tour class (115 cm) Ralf Hermanns on Stuntman 20 triumphed, Siegfried Ingo Lutt on Nohoka S was second, and Udo Kloetzel on Draco Malfoy S was third, in the CSIV-B Small Tour (110 cm) Ernst-Frieder Homberger on Olympic Dream 8 was unrivaled, followed by Bernward Engelke on Vincent Red and Ralf Blanke on Candy-Blue, while the AJA Challenge Cup (110 cm) was won by Bernward Engelke on Quizduell, ahead of Siegfried Ingo Lutt on Ella von Kielslueck and Ralf Blanke on Goldperle.
