CBOS surveyed Poles' opinions on the National Health Fund (NFZ). Negative opinions outnumbered positive ones twice as many.

• The activities of this institution are better perceived by respondents with left-wing political views than by those identifying with the right.

The assessment of the National Health Fund is at the same level as in March - twice as many people have a critical assessment of its activities as those with a positive assessment.

The National Health Fund (NFZ) is rated more favorably by older respondents, especially those over 65. Political views and party affiliations also play a significant role in assessing its activities. In general, respondents with left-wing political views perceive the institution's activities more favorably than those identifying with the right.

Among the electorates, Civic Coalition voters are the most satisfied with the functioning of the National Health Fund (41% positive, 54% negative), while Confederation supporters are the most critical (86% negative, 13% positive), CBOS reported. Among Law and Justice voters, 63% express a negative opinion, while 31% view the National Health Fund positively.

The Fund had the worst ratings among Poles in 2012-2015, when it was assessed negatively by approximately 80% of respondents.

The survey was conducted from September 11 to 22, 2025 on a sample of 969 people (including: 65.4% using the CAPI method, 22.1% using CATI and 12.5% ​​using CAWI).
