"The idea is to use the competences of the COI, some of them components and perhaps our entire systems, so that in justified situations provide solutions to selected public institutions in a simple and cheap way. However, in order for such work to be carried out, a number of conditions must be met. premises - we must have the competences and the ability to conduct additional project. Otherwise we will not undertake such tasks" - Mackiewicz replied.
The COI Director also assured that the institution subordinated to him did not intends to take away jobs from external companies.
"Projects implemented for external entities constitute and will only be a small part of our business. It will never be large scale, because COI is focused on the implementation of tasks commissioned by the Minister of Digital Affairs. Revenues from activities for other entities cannot constitute more than 20 percent," explained Maćkiewicz.
