Kaczyński announces a new program for Poland. It will concern state finances

Nothing has strengthened my belief that we will make it, as these elections have. I do not hide the fact that I am pinning my hopes on President Nawrocki, his strength, courage and his genuine patriotism - said PiS chairman Jarosław Kaczyński in Szczecin. He emphasized that the battle is still ongoing, but victory is close.

The PiS chairman, during a conference in Szczecin on Sunday, referred to the presidential elections and the "slander campaign" aimed at the PiS-supported candidate, and now president-elect Karol Nawrocki. According to Kaczyński, the next actions were calculated to lead to a situation in which Nawrocki would not be sworn in on August 6, but "automatically to new elections".

"This battle is still going on, but it really seems like we are very close to victory thanks to this mobilization," Kaczyński said and thanked for the money donated to Nawrocki's campaign.

He stressed that the victory of the PiS-supported candidate does not allow the government to "close the system" and thus implement the "anti-Polish plan", which was to lead to a situation in which "we could say +Finis Poloniae+ - the end of Poland" in this decade. He added that this would mean the loss of our independence.

He said about the presidential campaign that it was an "unequal fight" and Karol Nawrocki's advantage would have been significantly greater if not for the "unprecedented wave of slander, calumny and attacks".

According to the PiS leader, the basic condition of democracy in Poland is not met, which in his opinion is balance in the media. Kaczyński emphasized that the opposition has a great advantage in this matter.

"Nothing has strengthened my belief that we can do it like these elections. I do not hide the fact that I place my hope in President Nawrocki, his strength, courage and his authentic patriotism," Kaczyński emphasized.

"We currently have someone who will soon become the head of state, and we must accompany him in this fight. We must win the next elections, but above all we must win on the merits. We must have not only a great president, but also a great government, and we can afford it," he added.

The head of Law and Justice emphasized that everything must be done to "defend the state". In connection with this, he announced a "new program for Poland", which could be presented as early as October.

"Our activities at the moment will focus on programmatic activities," he said.

As he pointed out, in previous years, Law and Justice had already presented a program for Poland and implemented it. The new PiS program is to concern, among other things, state finances.

"We undertook everything that was supposed to be done. We succeeded in the realities of that time, with total opposition, with an attack from Europe, especially the European Union, and with no full reform of the judiciary," said the PiS leader. "But today the situation is different than it was then. What was done is not enough, we need a new program," he emphasized. (PAP)
