Ukrainian drones strike Sochi. Airport is on fire.

More than 120 firefighters are battling a fire that broke out at Sochi Airport. According to Krasnodar Krai authorities, a Ukrainian drone attack occurred there, and shrapnel from one of the missiles ignited a fire in a fuel depot. Dozens of flights were canceled or suspended.
Authorities in Krasnodar Krai , where Sochi is located, reported on Sunday that a fuel depot at the local airport was on fire due to a Ukrainian drone attack. Ukrainian drones also attacked targets in Voronezh , less than 500 kilometers south of Moscow .
Russia. Ukrainian drone attackReuters reported, citing an online post by Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratiev, that more than 120 firefighters were involved in extinguishing the fire. The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Russia) also said that flights to Sochi had been suspended for passenger safety.
There is currently no information on how long Sochi airport will remain closed. The Ilskiy refinery, one of the largest in southern Russia, is also located in the Krasnodar Oblast, near the city of Krasnodar. It is a frequent target of Ukrainian drone attacks.

The Ukrainian attack on Voronezh set fires to several homes and public buildings, Voronezh Oblast Governor Alexander Gusev reported. He added that air defenses managed to destroy approximately 15 Ukrainian drones over the region. He also stressed that the threat of further drone attacks remains.
Ukrainian strikes in Russia. Refineries hitThe Russian Defense Ministry reported that its units destroyed 18 Ukrainian drones over the Voronezh region bordering Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the war, the Ukrainian army has carried out dozens of attacks on Russian fuel infrastructure facilities. On August 2, a fire broke out at the Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region, caused by a Ukrainian missile.
On July 24, an oil depot in the town of Sirius , located in Krasnodar Krai, was hit, local government head Dmitry Plishkin reported. On February 24, the Ilskiy refinery was hit.
