Over 32 degrees Celsius. Recipe for a refreshing lemonade.

The start of the long weekend promises to be a hot one. Forecasters are warning of high temperatures – temperatures could reach 32 degrees Celsius on Thursday and Friday. In this heat, remember to drink plenty of fluids. What's the best drink for weather like today?
Long, hot weekend. Beware of dehydration.
Through sweat, we lose essential minerals—sodium, potassium, and magnesium. On hot or physically demanding days, you can reach for water, isotonic drinks, or coconut water. Another refreshing and replenishable drink is homemade lemonade. Remember to avoid sugary sodas, alcohol, and energy drinks on such days—they can lead to dehydration.
Dietetyk Powszechny shared a recipe for this refreshing lemonade on Instagram. It's simple to make and uses only natural ingredients.
To prepare the drink we need the following ingredients: – peaches – 250 g – tea infusion – 4 cups – water – 75 ml – erythritol – 40 g
