Brutal kidnapping and torture of teens at car wash. "Take off your clothes, b*tch, or we'll humiliate you!"

All the girls were brought to the Leon car wash on Karl Marks Street. The two oldest were forced to take off all their outer clothes, then forced to kneel while they were poured with icy water with foam that ran into their eyes. They were forced to open their mouths, beaten and pulled by the hair, shouting: "you're a minor, nothing will happen to you", "stop whining, stop whining, really", "I'll knock all your teeth out!", "take off your clothes, you b*tch, or we'll humiliate you!" The girls were crying and begging him to stop. All this happened to the sound of music.

Two 16-year-old friends of the victims were placed in a cabin and forced to watch the events. As Anna's mother, Anastasia, said, the car wash workers were on site at the time but did not try to stop the torture:

The behavior of the adult car wash workers is astonishing. The video shows them walking side by side and laughing while the men abuse the girls. "I can't understand it, I judge by myself - I'm an adult, if I witnessed such horror, I would do everything to prevent it," Anastasia told E1.RU.

After the attack, the girls, still in their wet clothes, were put in a car and taken home. The teens and their parents filed a police report.

— My daughter told me how they threatened her on the way: if they told anyone, the recording would be leaked to the Internet, and they would be shamed, buried or taken into slavery, forced into prostitution, and their parents would be killed. They scared them to death, said Anna's mother.

What is known about the main perpetrator of the incident?

Anashkin, as reported by E1.RU, is a fourth-year student at an agricultural technical school. The man and his brother were raised by their grandmother, as Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes, citing the boys' neighbors. As it turns out, the young men were left without parents at an early age: their mother and father suffered from drug addiction and died of tuberculosis when David was 10 and his brother was only five.

"I knew him from birth. As a child, he was aggressive, especially towards women. He personally always kicked me in the face with anger," says Angelica K., David's neighbor.

At school, Anashkin did motocross and was registered with the Department of Juvenile Affairs. At 18, he gave up sports and began working at a car wash. He had no previous criminal record.

After the abuse, Anna returned home with a split lip and bruises. The next day, she tried to document the lacerations and abrasions, but, her mother said, the trauma center sent them to another location, and no one worked on holidays.

The case was transferred to the district department of the Investigative Committee. The young men were detained. Anashkin and the other accomplices were initially charged with only one article - hooliganism (Part 2, Article 213), and since this article does not usually provide for arrest during the investigation, the detainees were released.

— The investigator told us: I am throwing all the garbage ["unnecessary" accusations] out of the case. He explained that there was no kidnapping because the girls were taken back to their homes.

— So now you can do this: kidnap, mock, and the most important thing is to bring the victims back, and nothing will happen, and these guys were fooling around? They combined all the articles into one — fumes the mother of one of the victims.

The parents of two other girls who were also kidnapped gave statements, but were never recognized as victims. As Anna's relatives told E1.RU, there are no statements on their part on this matter.

Anashkin and his entire company remained free for a month and a half. During this time, Anna, as her mother claimed, was even afraid to go to school. However, on February 21, the head of the Investigative Committee, Aleksandr Bastrykin, demanded a report on the progress of the investigation, and the Investigative Committee toughened the charges.

Criminal proceedings were initiated against the accused simultaneously on the basis of three articles: hooliganism committed by a group of persons, kidnapping with the use of force, a previous conspiracy against a person known to be a minor, and also on the basis of the article forcing a group of persons to perform sexual acts. The most serious crimes are punishable by up to 12 years in prison. This penalty applies to everyone, including minors.

On February 23, in the Sinarsky District Court of Kamensk-Ural, Anashkin and his 16- and 17-year-old friends were placed in pretrial detention until April 4. During the interrogation, David's 17-year-old friend was the only one of the accomplices who spoke to journalists: he apologized to the injured girls and stated that he made the decision to commit the crimes "out of stupidity":

"Nobody forced us. It happened spontaneously," he said.

At the same time, the young people initially claimed that the victims themselves provoked the whole situation. The teenagers' relatives fear that the case will not continue, so one of the injured girls decided to make the case public. They have information, as E1.RU writes, that one of the guys allegedly has influential relatives, but there is no reliable confirmation of this information.

— We are afraid that they will be released and will want to take revenge, feeling unpunished. <…> Perhaps our children are not the only victims of these people. Maybe, following our example, there will be other girls who have suffered and will decide to report the case to law enforcement? — said Anna's mother.
