Coach Joran Pot will continue his career at the KNVB. The 36-year-old coach, who recently retired from the women's football team of FC Twente after a successful period, will be responsible for the Dutch Under 16 team as of 1 July and will become assistant to the Under 18 team.

"The environment really appeals to me, there is a lot of knowledge within the KNVB," says Pot via the football association. "I want to develop myself as a coach and that is why I am happy with the dual role as head coach at Under 16 and assistant coach at Under 18. Being on the field with the team and working with the very best talents, I am going to enjoy that."

Pot has been with FC Twente since 2022. With the club he won the national title twice, the KNVB Cup twice, the Eredivisie Cup twice and the Supercup three times.

Gillian Justiana (34) will become coach of Under 17 at the KNVB. The former Curaçao international comes from PEC Zwolle, where he was in charge of several age groups.
