Minor operation

I have to undergo a minor operation. Three holes will be drilled into my skull. A doctor helps me find the right prone position on the operating table. I ask him, "Are you the man with the drill?" He replies, "No, I'm the man with the hammer."

It turns out he is the anesthetist.
