Lautaro Martínez in Buenos Aires: he was at Racing's Tita stadium and at night at Bombonerita to watch his brother in the National Basketball League.

After his team's Champions League defeat to Inter Milan, which saw their first-ever Champions League title triumph, Lautaro Martínez returned to Argentina and enjoyed some visiting time. Although he didn't get any playing time in the 1-0 win over Chile, the forward is likely in Lionel Scaloni 's consideration for Tuesday's match against Colombia at the Monumental stadium.
After beating the Argentine national team, Scaloni gave the players a day off, and Toro took advantage of the opportunity to do what his Italian routine prevents him from doing. First, he visited the Tita Mattiussi facility and spent a few hours with Racing 's youth players.
He also had time to talk with the club's president, Diego Milito , and even posed with the current Academia shirt when he moved a few blocks away and returned to the Cilindro .
In the afternoon-evening it was La Boca, but nothing to do with football: at the Bombonerita Ferro visited Xeneize for the playoffs of the National Basketball League and his brother Jano plays as a point guard for Verdolaga, who fell 85-71.
"Hooded" with the black kangaroo he was wearing, he was in one of the stands watching the match that will have a rematch on Sunday, although presumably without his presence.

On Saturday, Martínez will join training at the Lionel Messi stadium in Ezeiza and will work ahead of the match against Colombia, which will close out the double-header qualifying round, which Argentina started with a win that secured them first place in the standings.
So far in the South American competition, Lautaro has scored three goals in matches against Peru, Paraguay, and Bolivia. He didn't see any action in Santiago—although he was on the bench—because Scaloni gave him a rest, having played at full capacity in the last few matches with Inter.
After the FIFA World Cup, Martínez will travel to the United States to join the Italian club's squad for the Club World Cup. Inter will debut on Tuesday, June 17 against Monterrey, then face Urawa of Japan on the 21st, and four days later face River Plate in Seattle.
