The Mendoza boxer will face Panamanian José "El Magnífico" Sosa this Saturday in a key fight for his international success. It will be his first time fighting outside the country. He will be seeking his first professional belt.
Mendoza native Alfredo "Coki" Soto and Panamanian José "El Magnífico" Sosa have been officially cleared for their bout this Saturday for the World Boxing Association (WBA) Fedelatin lightweight title.
The fight, scheduled for 10 rounds, will be the main event of the evening called "Boxeo con Caché II - Triple Jeopardy", which will take place at the Tierra de Campeones Atheyna Bylon gym , located on the Cinta Costera in Panama City.

The fight will be broadcast live on TyC Sports starting at 10:30 p.m. Argentina time.
The weigh-in ceremony took place this Friday afternoon, and both fighters were cleared to enter the ring. Coki Soto weighed in at 60.920 kg (134 ¾ pounds), while his opponent, "El Magnífico" Sosa, weighed in at 60.113 kg (134 pounds). Both are below the lightweight division limit of 61.200 kg (135 pounds) .

In his first professional fight outside the country, Soto arrives with a record of 15 wins (10 by knockout) and just one loss. However, it won't be an easy fight for Pablo Chacón's protégé, as he faces one of the WBA's favorite boxers : the undefeated Sosa, who boasts 17 wins (7 by knockout) and two draws.
