The Government declared four social works in a crisis situation: they will have to present an emergency plan.

Through various Resolutions from the Superintendency of Health Services published in the Official Gazette this Tuesday, the Government declared four health insurance companies in a crisis situation. Under this framework, they must submit a contingency plan within a period of no more than 15 days.
According to official documents, numbered 939/2025, 940/2025, 941/2025, and 942/2025, and signed by the head of that organization, Gabriel Gonzalo Oriolo, the decision was made in response to a series of irregularities and noncompliance detected at the health providers mentioned there.
Specifically, these are the Fedecámaras Social Work (FEDECAMARAS), the Social Work of Football Technicians (OSTECF), the Social Work of Medical Propaganda Agents of Entre Ríos (OSAPMER) and the Volkswagen Argentina SA Social Work.
In all cases, the Government justified the regulations by emphasizing that the providers are in a crisis situation because , as of February 28, 2025, their criticality factor exceeded the limit value provided for in the Annex to Decree No. 1400/01.
Given this situation, the recitals of the regulations explain, "the measures provided for in Article 20 and Annex III" of the same decree apply.
Furthermore, they indicate that, consequently, health insurance agents must "submit a Contingency Plan that includes, as minimum guidelines, quarterly compliance goals , expressed according to the indicators that support Criteria Numbers 1, 2 and 3 of Annex II of Decree No. 1400/01 and a set of specific actions that will be applied at the time of implementation of the aforementioned Plan."
"The Management Departments that make up the Evaluation and Monitoring Committee for the Crisis and Liquidation Procedure of Health Insurance Agents will be responsible for monitoring the process within their jurisdiction," the documents added.
