Labor Day: "It's more necessary than ever to stay united," Cristina Kirchner's message amid the internal dispute with Axel Kicillof.

Cristina Kirchner published a message this Thursday for Labor Day and took the opportunity to send a message of unity amid the escalating Peronist internal conflict in the province of Buenos Aires.
The current leader of the Justicialist Party analyzed the current economic situation and emphasized that the commemoration of May 1st takes place in a complex context for workers, with "a historic loss of purchasing power" and "the Milei administration's declared intention to continue to destroy hard-won rights."
"In this context, it is more necessary than ever to remain united in defending the right to a dignified life, with work as a tool for progress," he said.
On Monday, a session in the Buenos Aires Legislature rekindled the dispute between the faction aligned with Governor Axel Kicillof and La Cámpora, aligned with the PJ president.
Community Development Minister Andrés Larroque criticized the "small group" that reports to Máximo Kirchner for extorting the provincial leader, following the approval of the suspension of the PASO (Primary Elections), but not the electoral deadlines required in the bill.
Facundo Tignanelli, president of the Union for the Homeland bloc in the Buenos Aires Parliament, was the one who responded to Kicillof's official.
This is a difficult Labor Day for the vast majority of the nation. Added to the historic loss of purchasing power of wages, which are now at 2001 levels, is the Milei administration's declared intention to continue devastating rights...

"There's a tendency to seek tension and rupture, to push Peronism toward rupture, and we're not going to engage in that. Untrue things were raised, such as extortion and not being an official party," he said, referring to the statements made by Kicillof's minister.
In the midst of this context, Sergio Massa reappeared with another message calling for unity through social media.
"We need unity. Unity to understand this new era together and to build proposals that embrace transformation without leaving anyone behind," Massa emphasized in a post.
The preparation of lists for the provincial legislative elections is another point of tension between the two sectors.
The governor's camp points the finger at the former president for the preparation of past lists and some electoral defeats, while the other side highlights the triumphs of Peronism under her leadership and, in particular, the "recovery" of the Province after María Eugenia Vidal's administration.
Furthermore, after the split elections, Cristina announced that she intends to head the list in the third electoral section, which includes districts such as Avellaneda, Berazategui, and the populous La Matanza.
