Javier Milei convened a political roundtable to define his campaign strategy in October.

Javier Milei will meet today at 9:30 a.m. at the Casa Rosada with the political committee of La Libertad Avanza . The meeting will serve to plan the national campaign for the October 26 elections. He will also participate in the swearing-in of Lisandro Catalán as Minister of the Interior and will coordinate the recording of the national broadcast to explain the 2026 Budget , according to sources from the Presidency told TN.

The President will seek to organize roles and responsibilities within his team following the defeat in the Buenos Aires legislative elections. Advisors will review campaign communications and evaluate adjustments to slogans and messages for the upcoming elections.

Javier Milei 's government strategists plan for the candidates to focus on the administration's macroeconomic results and contrast the current situation with that of 2023 during Alberto Fernández 's administration. This includes highlighting fiscal control measures and the stability of key indicators.

Later, Javier Milei will participate in the swearing-in of Lisandro Catalán as the new Minister of the Interior. In the afternoon, the recording of the national broadcast will be coordinated, where the 2026 Budget will be presented. It maintains similar allocations to last year with adjustments based on the National Institute of Statistics and CPI (INDEC) . The project includes a "fiscal rule" and spending limits, with possible cuts in the event of extraordinary situations.

At the same time, the Buenos Aires political roundtable will be held at the Casa Rosada. Sebastián Pareja, Cristian Ritondo, Diego Santilli, Diego Valenzuela, Guillermo Montenegro, Karina Milei, Ramón Lanús, Santiago Caputo, José Luis Espert, and Maximiliano Bondarenko are expected to participate.
