The man arrested for raping a 14-year-old girl is being investigated for also raping his daughter multiple times since she was 6 years old

The 46-year-old man arrested last Thursday for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl in Usera (Madrid), is being investigated by the National Police for possible rapes of his own daughter since the minor was 6 years old. This is clear from information published by El Diario Vasco .

It was the classmate of the daughter of the detainee who went to the head of Studies at the Ciudad de Jaén Institute, where both girls go, to explain the events. Crying, the minor explained that her classmate's father had sexually assaulted her and also told her that her friend had confessed to her that she had been abused by her father since she was 6 years old, but had not told anyone out of shame.

After this conversation, the institute called 112 and the paramedics and psychologists from Samur-Civil Protection arrived at the scene. There they treated the minor and then transferred her, accompanied by her grandmother, to the Maternal and Child Unit at Gregorio Marañón Hospital, where the sexual assault protocol was activated, according to the newspaper El Mundo .

The victim also spoke to the Guardian Agents of the Municipal Police and the UFAM of the National Police, who are in charge of the investigation. She explained to them that every day she went to pick up her friend at home to go to school together. However, she added that last Thursday her friend's father invited her to go up to see her friend, who she said had not yet gotten up.

When the minor entered her friend's room, she saw a pillow stuffed inside the bed, pretending that someone was inside. A moment later, her friend's father entered the room wearing only a bathrobe. According to the minor's account, the man took off his bathrobe and raped her twice.

When the alleged sexual aggressor went to the bathroom, the minor took the opportunity to flee and alert her family, who live nearby. Three of the minor's relatives went to the house and opened the door by hitting it. They beat the man so badly that he had to be treated by paramedics.

The National Police arrested this man last Thursday, and on Friday he was brought before the 50th Court of Instruction in Madrid. He is currently in provisional custody without bail. The minor's relatives were also arrested, accused of a crime of assault. They were released on bail and charged with a ban on communication with the victim.
