In addition, to facilitate compliance, ARBA informs that the option to download and pay the first installment of the Urban Real Estate Tax or make the annual payment with bonuses is now available on the official website (www.arba.gov.ar). Taxpayers can enter the "Pay" section and choose the most convenient payment method.
These benefits also apply to the rest of the property taxes whose due date is in March and April:

Those who prefer to pay in person can do so at banks and authorized Provincia Net Pagos points. With these measures, the Province of Buenos Aires reinforces its commitment to tax equity and the modernization of the collection system.
To facilitate compliance, ARBA has payment plans to settle debts for Real Estate, Motor Vehicle and Sports Boat taxes, both in pre-trial and judicial proceedings.
In the pre-trial stage, ARBA offers payment in up to 60 installments for overdue debts. For those in the judicial stage, the maximum financing period is shorter (up to 48 installments).
Taxpayers will have the opportunity to meet the payments owed on their vessels.
“The possibility of regularizing debts with flexible conditions and accessing tax benefits allows more and more residents of Buenos Aires to meet their obligations and contribute to strengthening the public resources of the Province. In addition, those who wish to benefit from these plans can do so quickly and easily through the ARBA website,” said Cristian Girard, head of the organization.
