YPF trial: the Government sent a letter to the judge to collaborate with the investigation

Javier Milei 's government made a presentation to Judge Loretta Preska of New York regarding the case of the nationalization of YPF . The new judicial instance was opened after a presentation to Preska by the NGO Republican Action for Argentina (RAFA) , which asked for clarification of the events that led to the nationalization of the company .
