In the largest military parade since 1991, thousands of soldiers , accompanied by dozens of helicopters and hundreds of vehicles, including tanks, will march through the heart of this city today to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States Army , which coincides with President Donald Trump 's 79th birthday.
