According to shared information, the incident occurred in the game known as “El Trabant” or “Wipe Out,” which was operating without supervision from operators and staff, since they did not place the locks for users.

Following the accident, the official Facebook account of Cozumel Civil Protection reported that they closed the amusement ride and fined the company responsible.
Regarding the minor's health, it was reported that her parents took her to a hospital to receive specialized medical care. In addition, it was confirmed that the expenses derived from the care will be covered by the company operating the mechanical game involved.
