No one is safe: Mexican tourist tried to cross the border with a visa and was deported anyway

Delicate Border.- A Mexican tourist tried to cross the border with the United States on foot, and despite having a visa, they ended up deporting her, confirming that Uncle Donald is angry.
That is what happened to a teacher named Alexia Enríquez Jiménez, who when trying to cross into the “ Estates ” found herself detained, her visa taken away, and she was sent back.
“I had a baby in Tucson , my birth was paid for, I don't owe the United States a dollar, but they took away my visa,” explains the girl, who is a teacher by profession.
According to her story, the situation occurred at the border with Nogales, and despite having the legal document to go to the United States , they detained her, handcuffed her, and finally, returned her to our country with the document already canceled.
“I am a teacher and I was embarrassed, I felt very humiliated. I told the young man there, 'it is not necessary for you to take me in handcuffs or to walk me there.' Because honestly, Nogales is very small and I was embarrassed that someone I knew would see me in handcuffs,” Alexia adds with her characteristic Sonoran accent.
“They took my sneakers, they checked my socks, everything, it was their protocol. They took my Apple Watch , my glasses, I was leaving work, I was carrying my backpack, my school things,” adds the girl, still scared by what happened to her.
After explaining that she made that trip frequently to buy diapers and clothes for her baby, she said she has no intention of seeking an immigration lawyer or even trying to reapply for her visa because she knows that she would not be granted one if it had just been revoked.
