Reports in Italy claim that Juventus are interested in pursuing a potential player-exchange deal with Premier League side West Ham United involving centre-backs Nayef Aguerd and Daniele Rugani.
Reports Juventus interested in Aguerd-Rugani swap with West HamAccording to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio , Morocco international Aguerd has become a defensive target for Juventus heading into the summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old, formerly of Rennes in Ligue 1, spent the 2024-25 season on loan with Real Sociedad in LaLiga, where he made 21 top-flight appearances.

While a specific transfer fee has not been mentioned in Thursday evening's report, there are suggestions that Juventus could propose a swap deal with West Ham for Rugani, another centre-back who spent the 2024-25 season away from his parent club.
Rugani has been on Juve's books since 2012 and has made 148 first-team appearances for the Bianconeri, on top of seven caps for the Italy national team during that period.
He spent the 2024-25 season on loan in the Eredivisie with Ajax, where he made 26 appearances across all competitions.

He has since returned to Juventus and is currently out in the United States with the rest of the first-team squad for the FIFA Club World Cup. He was an unused substitute for the recent 5-0 win over Al Ain .
He was also handed a surprise call-up to the Italy national team for Luciano Spalletti's final squad before he left earlier this month, replacing the injured Matteo Gabbia.
