Fiorentina-Napoli: Probable Lineups and Where to Watch

Florence, September 13, 2025 – With the international break over, Fiorentina makes its season debut at the newly renovated Stadio Franchi , chasing its first league win. While the debut is a given (Stadio Artemio Franchi, 8:45 PM, live on DAZN and Sky Sport), securing its first win of the season will be tough. After two disappointing away draws (at Cagliari and Turin, the Granata side) , Napoli, champions of Italy, arrive in Florence with a perfect record after two matchdays, albeit with some difficulty.

For the Viola, this will be a very difficult test, but also a chance to make a first (positive!) turnaround in this season. The Florence crowd responded resoundingly, as always (21,000 tickets sold on the eve of the match), and will be cheering the Viola relentlessly. Everyone is eager to see the new players in action and to see Stefano Pioli back on the bench. Speaking of Pioli, his lineup is expected to feature a 3-5-2 with Dzeko and Kean up front and a midfield featuring Dodo and Gosens on the wings, followed by Fagioli, Mandragora, and Sohm (in contention with Nicolussi Caviglia). In defense, Comuzzo, Pongracic, and Ranieri.

Probable lineups

FIORENTINA (3-5-2): 43 De Gea; 15 Comuzzo, 5 Pongracic, 6 Ranieri, 2 Dodo; 44 Fagioli, 8 Mandragora, 7 Sohm, 21 Gosens; 9 Dzeko, 20 Kean. Coach: Pioli.

NAPLES (4-1-4-1): 1 Meret; 22 Di Lorenzo, 31 Beukema, 5 Juan Jesus, 37 Spinazzola; 68 Lobotka; 21 Politano, 99 Anguissa, 11 De Bruyne, 8 McTominay; 27 Lucca. Coach: Lucca.
